BSF4ooRexx support for AOO, release version "450.20140404"

- This release includes the AOO update mechanism

- Standalone AOO ooRexx scripts (extension ".rxo") can be started by double-clicking
  on them via the graphical Explorer interfaces on MacOSX, Linux and Windows, if their
  icons display the superimposed AOO icon as well.

- Added code to allow ooRexx macros on MacOSX AOO 4.0.x and 4.1.0 to execute (via
  the macro editor's Run button), as these versions erroneously set the process
  environment for ooRexx macros (missing PATH environment variable)
