BSF4ooRexx support for OOo, release version "135.20100724"

- This release includes for the first time the OOo update mechanism

- Standalone OOo ooRexx scripts (extension ".rxo") can now be started by double-clicking
  on them via the graphical Explorer interfaces on Linux and Windows, if their icons
  display the superimposed OOo icon as well.
